About the Development
Park Island is one of the largest apartment complexes in Dubai’s prestigious Dubai Marina district. It consists of four separate buildings: Fairfield Tower, Sanibel Tower, Blakely Tower and Bonaire Tower, which offer all the conditions for comfortable living.
Blakely and Sanibel Towers consist of 24 floors while Bonaire and Fairfield Towers have 28 floors each. The buildings contain 556 properties, with one to three-bedroom apartments ranging from 66 to 364 square feet. They start at AED 950,000 (USD 259,000).
The project was developed by Emaar Properties. Construction began in 2005 and was completed by 2010.
Park Island has several retail outlets, three parks, swimming pools, squash courts, a mini-theater, wellness center, gym, game room, business center and parking. The building is under round-the-clock security.
The complex has good transport access. Nearby are bus stops and sea cabs.
Location
Park Island is located in Dubai Marina which is extremely popular with tourists. The complex is located next to the Marina Promenade walking area along one of the world’s largest man-made bays, Dubai Water Canal. From the bay you can take trips on tourist boats or enjoy water sports activities.
Park Island is just 20 minutes from the world-famous Dubai Mall and 10 minutes from Palm Jumeirah. Dubai International Airport and Al Maktoum Airport are a 30-minute drive away. In addition, Park Island is located near the famous Burj Al Arab Tower and within walking distance of The Walk JBR, where there is a large concentration of cafes, restaurants and entertainment venues. The nearest beach to the complex, Marina Beach, can be reached on foot in 10 minutes or by car in 2-3 minutes.
