The Address Residences Jumeirah Beach Resort + Spa is a new luxury development situated on the famous Jumeirah Beach in the area of Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR). The project offers serviced apartments and luxury residences with views looking out onto the Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah and the Persian Gulf.

The project consists of two skyscrapers, each 1,017 ft tall, which are connected at the top and bottom by interconnecting floors. The building has 77 floors and includes The Address Beach Resort Hotel, as well as The Address Beach Residences, which is a residential tower with 1BR to 5BR apartments from The Address Hotels + Resorts and is part of the Emaar Hospitality Group.

The minimum price for a 1BR serviced apartment available for purchase with a property area ranging from 637 sq.ft. to 1,155 sq.ft. starts at AED 2,125,000 (USD 579,000).

The starting price for 1BR residential apartments available for purchase with a property area ranging from 762 sq.ft. to 858 sq.ft. is AED 2,032,000 (USD 553,300).

The Address Residences Jumeirah Resort + Spa is located on the very last land plot on Jumeirah Beach Walk, Dubai Marina district.
