Natural materials were chosen for the walls and floor: marble, wood, brass, and stone.

The layouts of the FAY Waterfront Villas includes a basement, a ground floor and two more floors, where seven bedrooms, guest rooms, an office, dressing rooms and living rooms are located. Each of the levels has several different configurations in terms of floor plan, finishing, design, and interior. A room in the basement can be turned into a Japanese tearoom or a sports lounge with billiards, while a ground floor room can act as an office or an art studio. The upper floors allow for the size of the master bedroom to be either increased or decreased. This space can include a children's room, a music lounge or a fitness zone.
