About Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR)

JBR is one of the most popular and sought-after residential communities in Dubai. This premium waterfront district is located on the coast of the Persian Gulf in Dubai Marina. The master developer of Jumeirah Beach Residence is Dubai Properties, a real estate company famous for many unique projects in Dubai. The development of JBR was launched in 2002 and was officially opened to the public in 2008. The total cost of the project amounts to AED 6B (USD 1.6B) and the total area of the development is 18,298,647 sq. ft. London-based Mace Group was appointed as the management company of the project where they ensured premium quality construction by bringing in a 95% foreign workforce to the site, used a professional services team from five different continents as well as importing 80% of building materials from abroad.
