About the District

Jumeirah Village Circle is a popular residential and commercial area consisting mainly of Arabic and Mediterranean style villas and townhouses. From above, the shape of the district looks like a flat circle. The district is adjacent to Jumeirah Village Triangle, another residential area with both villas and townhouses, which serves as a continuation of Jumeirah Village Circle.

The two separate developments, Jumeirah Village Triangle and Jumeirah Village Circle, together make up many residential buildings, offices, commercial, retail and entertainment facilities spread over an area of 811 hectares. Jumeirah Village offers residents a real sense of community living.

Location

Jumeirah Village Circle is ideally located on the edge of the business center of Dubai, close to three main highways – Emirates Road, Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. The district is adjacent to The Springs and Dubai Sports City and only a 15 minute drive away to other business areas such as Dubai Media City and Dubai Internet City.

JVC is located just several minutes away from schools, hospitals and other social infrastructure facilities. Furthermore, the district is close to many exciting entertainment attractions, such as the new Motiongate theme park, Legoland Dubai and Bollywood Theme Parks, which are all just a 30-minute drive away.

The district has a well-developed infrastructure. Here one can find 33 parks with dedicated walking areas, playgrounds and running tracks. In addition, there is also a wide range of supermarkets, such as Aswaaq Mart, The Express Cart and Green Apple. For medical treatment, residents can go to Right Health Karama Medical Center located close to the Al Khail Road. The district also offers various educational facilities, including JSS International School and UEG School.

In the near future, Nakheel will open two new shopping centers in close proximity to Jumeirah Village: Al Khail Avenue in Jumeirah Village Triangle and The Circle Mall in Jumeirah Village Circle.

The Circle Mall has a total area of 1,000,000 sq. ft, and upon completion will house 235 stores, a Spinneys supermarket, two department stores, a multi-screen cinema venue, as well as numerous restaurants. Strategically located between Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Al Khail Road and Hessa Street, The Circle Mall will serve hundreds of thousands of people living in the city and its surrounding areas and work as a new holiday destination for residents and tourists in this part of Dubai.

Dubai Miracle Garden

Dubai Miracle Garden is the largest flower garden in the world. Its area is 775,000 sq. ft and its main attraction is the exact replicas of famous buildings and architectural structures made up of flowers. The heart-shaped arches on the Alley of Love are particularly popular among visitors. The garden features life-size castles and flower houses with more than 50 million flowers planted within the vicinity.

The road from Jumeirah Village Circle to Dubai Miracle Garden will take 10 minutes.

Legoland

Legoland is one of the largest theme parks in the world and is part of the large hotel complex of Dubai Parks and Resorts. This is a favorite holiday destination for both tourists and locals. The park is divided into two large thematic zones – an amusement park and a water park with water slides and pools, where visitors of any age can find something that suits their liking. Legoland comprises over 40 attractions and 6 playgrounds with educational games and entertainments for children, as well as 15,000 models and more than 60 million LEGO elements.The road from Jumeirah Village Circle to Legoland takes less than half an hour.

Economic Attractiveness

According to Dubai’s annual property report for 2020, low-cost apartments were the top interest in Jumeirah Village Circle as the cost of renting apartments in JVC decreased by 10-17%.
