Mina Rashid is the new premium project from the developer Emaar Properties together with P&O Marinas. The community is located along the waterfront in Port Rashid. The development consists of seven medium size districts. They include apartments with 1-3 bedrooms as well as penthouses with 4 bedrooms. The total area of the project is estimated at 6,800,000 square feet in size. In addition to residential and infrastructure facilities there will be a private beach and marina.

The project, Mina Rashid, is under construction. Its commissioning is scheduled for the third quarter of 2022.
