Mina Rashid
Overview
Mina Rashid is a waterfront master community that is being built along Port Rashid, a historic trading port that was recently redeveloped as a cruise terminal and yacht marina. Spread over an area of 6.8 million square feet, Mina Rashid will be split into 7 mixed-use districts and will feature a combination of luxury apartments, hotels, retail outlets and restaurants.
There will also be further additions to the existing marina, as well as a private beach for residents of the community.
Located just off the coastline between the Deira and Bur Dubai districts and at the intersection of the Dubai Creek and the Arabian Gulf, Mina Rashid benefits from an ideal location that allows for excellent connectivity to other key areas of Dubai.
